FOCUS
The course will include subjects such as nature awareness, deep ecology, new perspectives on individual and collective change, understanding psychological mechanisms of desire and need, personal resilience and building a regenerative culture. The course will be built around the circle of participants and includes group sharing, movement, guided meditations, time for personal reflection in nature and celebration.
