DESCRIPTION:We are living in a time of urgent possibilities. Come and find your own connection to the living world around us and how this gives a deeper understanding of sustainability. What change needs to happen now? Together we will explore how we can transform our lives\, from the inside and out\, as a way of transforming the world we live in.\n\nEXPERIENCE\n• A deeper contact with oneself\, others and nature around us\n• A different perspective of our role in a time of change\n• How to find your way to contribute to a thriving society\n• Learning from nature and how to understand the cycles of life\n• Connection\, hope and empowerment.\n\nFOCUS\nThe course will include subjects such as nature awareness\, deep ecology\, a new perspective on our relationship to nature\, understanding psychological mechanisms of desire and need and personal resilience. The course will be built around the circle of participants and includes group sharing\, movement\, guided meditations\, time for personal reflection in nature and celebration.\n\nThe course will be held at beautiful Ängsbacka course center outside of Karlstad\, Sweden. It will be held in English if there is anyone not speaking Swedish in the group.\n\nWe start at 6 pm September 16th and end after lunch on September 18th.
